Translate to English Fester, etwas vegetabiler und deutlich mineralischer Zitrusduft mit Kern- und Steinobstnoten sowie kräuteriger Würze. Würzige, recht saftige und schmelzige Frucht mit viel kräuteriger und erdig-mineralischer Würze, feine, lebendige Säure und zarte Kohlensäure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, ölige Töne, viel Kraft, aber auch Schliff, noch jung, eine Spur floral, hefig und wachsig, gewisse Tiefe, süßlicher Schmelz, sehr guter Abgang. Muss reifen.
