Auch im Mund relativ süß, weiche Frucht mit pflanzlicher und hefiger Würze, feine Säure und Kohlensäure am Gaumen, im Hintergrund mineralisch-erdige Töne, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit und mittlere Kraft, strafft sich mit Luft und gewinnt deutlich an Zug, viel Schliff, guter bis sehr guter, würziger, feinfruchtiger und leicht gemüsiger Abgang.
