Translate to English Mattes Goldgelb. Zurückhaltender Duft mit viel Wurzelgemüse, etwas Pfeffer, Kardamom und getrockneten Kräutern, einer Spur getrockneten Kernobsts und erdigen bis mineralischen Tönen. Weiche Frucht im Mund, deutlich vegetabil, ganz leicht karamellig, feine Säure und ein wenig antrocknender Gerbstoff, laktische Anklänge im Hintergrund, ein wenig Pfeffer, erdig-mineralische Töne, gute Substanz, könnte nur etwas lebendiger sein, tabakige Noten im Hintergrund, relativ schmelziger und etwas gewürziger Abgang.

Fest gewirkt im Mund, mit deutlich vegetabilen Noten, ruhiger Frucht und feiner, relativ präsenter Säure, trotz des moderaten Alkohols Kraft und Substanz am Gaumen, gewisse Mineralik, gute Nachhaltigkeit und gewisse Tiefe, eher weiche Art, feinherbe Würze, sehr guter Abgang.
