Nutty, fine vegetal and dried floral scent with mushroomy aromas and a little tobacco. Calm, fine, restrained fruit, again nutty, mushroomy and tobacco flavours, very fine acidity and some grip of crumbly tannin, certain persistence, tart mineral hints in the background, very gently smoky, good to very good, quite firm, tart finish, again with nutty and mushroomy flavours and a hint of pepper. Excellent, versatile food companion.
