Firm and quite deep, somewhat vegetal to herbal, also still slightly yeasty aroma with stone fruit aromas, hints of dark berries, a hint of smoke, noble tobacco, parmesan, aubergine and clear minerality. Ripe, juicy, a touch sweetish fruit with delicate plum tones and a little yeast crumble, lively, fine, polished acidity, delicate grip, persistent, clearly mineral, floral and dark berry nuances in the background, some depth, a hint of pepper, becomes firmer, more complex and deeper with air, very good, sweetly juicy and grippy, also mineral finish with traction and delicate jalapeno spiciness.
