Firm, tart, clear and relatively cool aroma of predominantly black berries and cherries with dried floral and herbal aromas as well as a little root vegetables and pepper. Quite juicy, partly preserved fruit, some nutty wood and a little coffee, fine sandy, youthful tannin, some bite, smoky nuances, good persistence, hints of pepper and juniper, also a hint of dill, very good, juicy and spicy finish with grip and a little dark chocolate.
