Slightly nutty, yeasty and hinted yeasty, also a little bit planty scent of ripe yellow fruits, floral traces and minerality. Firm, tart fruit with dried vegetable, yeasty and nutty aromas, quite fine acidity and carbonic acid, noticeable tannin grip, lasting, clearly mineral, certain depth, almost a little smoky tones, very good, firm, tart, still slightly rough finish with a lot of bite and increasing juice
