cool nose, fresh vegetal notes, intense mineral notes, citrus and stone fruit, light yeasty notes, some aniseed. Ripe, juicy, tart fruit on the palate, rather taut acidity, prominent yeasty and chalky notes, persistent, delicate oily touch, good depth and grip, stil undeveloped, prominent tart mineral notes, very good, firm finish. Needs time to mature.
