Translate to English Rauchiger, etwas holziger und speckiger Duft nach teils eingemachten Brombeeren, Holunder und Kirschen mit erdigen, pfeffrigen und ganz leicht jodigen Tönen. Recht fest gewirkte, herbe, dabei reife Frucht, noch merkliches, etwas nussiges Holz, erdige und grün-vegetabile Noten, ein wenig aschige Töne, feine Säure und präsentes, sandiges Tannin, etwas Kräuter und Gewürznelke am Gaumen, leicht gebrannte Töne, ein wenig bitterlich, erdige und salzige Anklänge, sehr guter, herber Abgang. Muss etwas reifen.
