Translate to English Verschlossene, erdige und getrocknet-pflanzliche bis tabakige, mit Luft auch mineralische Nase mit medizinalen Tönen und sehr verhaltenen gelbfruchtigen Noten. Etwas gedeckte, ganz trockene Frucht im Mund, wieder getrocknet-pflanzliche und erdige Töne, etwas Hefe, feine, lebendige Säure, leicht gedeckt und gerbstoffig am Gaumen, hat aber Substanz, Schmelz und gute Nachhaltigkeit, wieder ein wenig medizinal, auch wachsig, gewinnt mit Luft aber deutlich an Saftigkeit, mineralische Töne, sehr guter Abgang. Braucht Zeit.
