Translate to English Leicht holzwürziger und zart nussiger, etwas gedeckter Duft nach eingemachten gelben Früchten. Im Mund ganz zart brotig und einen Hauch süßlich, Frucht nach teils karamellisiertem Kernobst, eher weich mit leichtem Schmelz, moderate Säure, gut zugänglich, ordentlicher Abgang.
