Clear, somewhat smoky and roasted nose of red and black berries with slightly dried herbal, peppery, nutty and mineral tones. Clear, firm, juicy fruit, lively acidity and almost youthful tannin, persistent and lively on the palate, somewhat salty, herbal notes, moderate roasting and again pepper, has bite and feel, surprising freshness, some depth, very good, crisp, juicy and quite mineral finish. Develops relatively quickly in the air, but gives a lot of pleasure
