2007 Weißburgunder trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool nose, pomaceous fruit and citrus, vegetal notes with mineral traces. Elegant and juicy on the paalte, nutty notes, light yeasty and vegetal notes, hint of caramel, elegant acidity, noticeable carbon dioxide, slightly sweetish on a fiarly good finish.
