2004 Nierstein Pettenthal Riesling Grosses Gewächs, Rheinhessen, Germany

Cool, concentrated nose, herbaceous and mineral notes, peaches and apples, also fairly prominent sulphur. Elegant juicy fruit on the palate, delicate tart notes, mature, fairly moderate acidity, noticeable tannins, fairly prominent mineral notes, tranquil, cool style, attractive to good finish.
