1999 Nierstein Hipping Riesling Spätlese trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Wonderful firm aromas of white peaches and a bit of apricot. Juicy fruit, dense and tightly woven, with an extremely elegant mineral backbone, elegant acidity, this has class and style, features clearly delineated, very persistent on the palate, perfectly balanced, with a long fruity-minerally finish. A masterful symbiosis of elegance and aristocratic presence.
