1991 Nierstein Oelberg Riesling Spätlese trocken, Rheinhessen, Germany

Delicate floral nose, peaches, partly candied citrus fruit and quite a lot of cassis. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate, clear, ripe fruit, firmly structured, elegant acidity, intense mineral notes, cassis and red berries, good concentration, quite full-bodied, in excellent condition with a long finish. Quite amazing for a 1991 vintage.
