Clear, cool nose, delicate vegetal and herbaceous notes, polsihed yellow fruit, light floral traces, light mineral notes. Polished, elegant, juicy, fairly cool fruit on the palate, delicate nutty, yeasty, floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, very elegant acidity, very slightly off-dry, good persistence, mineral notes in the background, good to very good polished finish.
