Cool, quite fresh-vegetable, somewhat yeasty citrus pome fruit nose with floral and mushroomy traces. Nutty and yeasty in the mouth, not quite dry, quite juicy fruit, quite fine mousseux, buttery tones, some grip of ripe, crumbly tannin, good persistence, a hint of candy, some yellow spice, woody tones, some depth, has power, very good finish with grip, spice and ripe, slightly sweet fruit
