Trocken und nussig im Mund, etwas ledrig und an Brotrinde erinnernd, viel Hefe, dazu Kirsche und Eukalyptus, ein wenig medizinal, nicht sehr tief, tabakige und erdige Töne, gewisses Bitter, rauchige Anklänge, ordentlicher Abgang mit Bittermandelnoten und etwas Kakao.
