Cool, quite fresh, slightly yeasty citrus nose with red and black berry aromas, a bit of tobacco, smoke, and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, clear, juicy fruit that is not completely dry, nutty, smoky, and tobacco-like aromas, a touch of bacon and mushrooms, herb notes reminiscent of parsley, also yeast again on the palate, good substance and sustainability, certain depth, light grip of tender tannins, fine mousse, very good, finely juicy finish with relatively complex spice.
