A somewhat yeasty and distinctly vegetable nose with nutty and bright yellow fruit aromas, a hint of tobacco, and a trace of mushrooms. Juicy, completely dry fruit, herbal, smoky, and nutty aromas, also yeasty notes, lively, medium-fine mousse, delicate grip, good sustainability and substance, a bit of iodine in the background, salty tones, hinted floral, very good, bitter finish with juice, herbal spice, and grip.
