Translate to English Nussige, hefige, zart florale und ein wenig getreidig-holzige Nase nach teils kandiertem Kernobst mit getrocknet-kräuterigen und vegetabilen Nuancen. Sehr reife, recht dichte und schmelzige Frucht, deutlich vegetabile, etwas nussige, hefige und karamellige Töne, feines Mousseux und passende Säure, ziemlich nachhaltig am Gaumen, speckige und rauchige Noten, viel Griff, etwas Tiefe, sehr guter, herber, wieder speckiger Abgang.
