V.S.Q. Brut "Excellor " Rosé (Deg.:08/21), Alto Adige, Italy

Tart, somewhat nutty, yeasty and very slightly smoky aroma with pome fruit and citrus aromas, a hint of mushrooms and tobacco nuances. Clear, fine-juicy, not quite dry fruit, quite fine tannin, some grip, herbal, floral, nutty and yeasty tones on the palate, a hint of red berries, smoky traces, very good finish, again with grip.
