Cool, yeasty and finely vegetal nose with restrained, very bright, citrus-accentuated yellow-fruity aromas. First citrus-accented fruit also in the mouth, clear and quite fresh, fine herbal to herbal and yeasty notes, lively, fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, elegant style, some depth, increasingly apple-like notes, a hint of candy, but no real sweetness, very good, juicy, cool finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2023+. What our ratings mean
