Cool, vegetal and slightly yeasty apple-citrus nose with a little floral and dark berry notes and a hint of stone fruit. Tart, restrained fruit with vegetal, yeasty, nutty and slightly buttery tones, fine mousseux, delicate grip, herbal hints in the background, ethereal traces, also mushroomy and yeasty notes, salty notes in the background, has fine bite but also a certain creaminess, very good finish.
