Clear, rather cool, quite fresh nose with herbal and yeasty aromas, bright yellow fruity tones and a hint of mushrooms. Fine, juicy, again relatively cool fruit, fine mousseux, some acid bite, persistent on the palate, a hint of rock candy, some depth, floral nuances and a hint of dark berries in the background, very good, tight, juicy finish, again with bite.

Best to drink: Bis 2022+. What our ratings mean
