Fresh, planty citrus nose with apple aromas, yeast and quite distinct nutty spice. Firmly woven, tangy fruit with nutty and herbal-vegetable spice and lots of grip, fine mousseux, persistent on the palate, a hint of black berries in the background, implied candied sweetness, smoky nuances, good depth, still young, relatively complex, very good, tight, juicy and finely spicy finish with yeasty and cooling herbal flavours.
