Fine-vegetable and very delicately smoky, also yeasty aroma of partly candied pome fruits and citrus fruits with Mediterranean-herbal aromas, juicy, ripe, again partly candied, yet completely dry fruit, fine mousseux and some grip, persistent on the palate, smoky and tart nutty aromas, good depth, has certain power and almost some warmth, but also polish, firm structure, very good, juicy and grippy finish with walnut tones.
