Clear, cool, quite fresh apple-citrus scent with distinctly yeasty aromas, herbaceous-vegetable nuances and a little bit of nuts and mushrooms. Clear, finely juicy, rather light fruit, yeasty, herbal-vegetable and nutty aromas, a little mushroom, quite fine mousseux and a delicate touch, a little umami, certain melt, very good, quite juicy, again also nutty and yeasty finish with spicy nuances
