Rather firm, clearly yeasty, also nutty and somewhat fresh vegetable citrus pome fruit scent with floral nuances. Juicy fruit with herbal-vegetable, nutty and clearly yeasty aromas, a hint of bacon, quite fine mousseux and some grip, good substance and persistence, herbal nuances, very good, juicy and spicy finish, again with grip and nutty spice
