Tart, somewhat yeasty and herbal nose with restrained yellow fruity notes, a hint of mushrooms and dark berries. Nutty, yeasty and slightly smoky in the mouth, relatively tart fruit with tobacco nuances, fine mousseux, slightly creamy, some grip, hints of mushrooms and dark berries in the background, good persistence, delicately sweet melting, a touch of caramel butter, very good finish.
