Fairly elegant nose, yeasty and nutty notes, yellow fruit aromas, delicate floral traces. Clear, tart, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, fairly fine mousse, light tannic grip, yeasty and nutty aromas, some depth, peppery spice, hint of tobacco, very good substance and persistence, very good, fairly complex, spicy, juicy finish. Has improved considerably with maturation.

Editor note: Firm, fairly cool nose, prominent yeasty notes, nutty and vegetal aromas, hint of mushrooms, some brioche and floral notes. Clear, juicy, ripe fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, vegetal and herbaceous aromas, fine mousse, persistent, hint of sugar candy, some depth, delicately sweetish dosage, fine grip, nutty traces in the background, herbaceous notes on a very good, fairly firm juicy and yeasty finish.
