Cool citrus pome fruit nose with yeasty notes, a little blossom and green apple. Clear, bright, cool, finely juicy fruit, clearly yeasty spice, quite fine mousseux, some grip, persistent, delicately buttery, nutty flavours, has polish, still young, still gaining with air, visibly builds pressure, good depth, very good, tight, juicy finish with bite. Very much wine for the money
