Cool, distinctly yeasty pome fruit-citrus nose with fresh vegetal and delicate floral nuances. Clear, polished, bright, cool fruit, not quite dry, nutty tones, a hint of candy and hints of butter, very fine mousseux, good persistence, very good, polished finish
