Clear, somewhat herbal nose of white and black currants with very slight hints of bacon and nuts. Quite firm, ripe, warm fruit, very fine acidity, herbal, nutty, and blackberry notes, a bit of currant leaves and elderflower, good sustainability, plenty of alcoholic strength, quite noticeable minerality, becomes creamier and a bit warmer in the air, very good, slightly ethereal, again strong alcoholic finish.
