Tart herbal-vegetal and woody nose with white and green berry aromas as well as nutty, slightly smoky and hints of yeasty tones. Straight, somewhat melting, tart fruit, very fine acidity, delicate grip, nutty, herbal and slightly smoky tones, hints of light wood, certain power and persistence, elderberries and elderflowers in the background, good to very good, tart, slightly alcoholic finish.
