Fairly polished nose, light herbaceous and delicate yeasty notes, touch of almonds, restrained yellow fruit, light floral traces. Ripe, fairly soft, tranquil fruit on the palate, nutty notes, buttery and milky traces, elegant acidity, touch of caramel, medium body and persistence, oaky and vegetal traces, salty notes in the background, with aeration develops significantly more bite and grip, very good finish. Needs some time to develop.
