Smoky nose, dried vegetal and light earthy notes, light sooty notes, black berries, meaty animal notes, hint of juniper and bay leaf. Tart, slightly juicy fark fruit on the palate, light smoky, toasted oak, peppery traces, dried herbs in the background, quite full-bodied, noticeable alcohol, good persistence, cocoa and coffee grinds, some bite on a very good finish.
