Hint of partly dried zests on the nose, yellow fruit, delicate nutty notes, very light spicy note. Spicy again on the palate, gentle, appealing partly preserved and partly dried pomaceous fruit, nutty traces, light peppery notes in the background, very moderate acidity, quite full-bodied, noticeable but not bothersome alcohol, good to very good finish.
