Cool and firm, very slightly smoky, even a hint of yeasty nose with light yellow fruity notes, herbaceous-vegetable hints and some minerality. Taut, cool, tart fruit with fine juice and a noticeable bite, a little celery and parsley on the palate, delicate grip, certain persistence, present acidity, floral traces, quite clear minerality, good to very good, tart finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2026+. What our ratings mean
