2021 Dorsheim Goldloch Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Nahe, Germany

Firm, somewhat smoky, yeasty and herbaceous bouquet with noble yellow fruity aromas, scallops, dark spice, a little bacon, tobacco, egg white and mineral tones. Ripe, very tightly knit, tangy fruit with fine, ripe acidity and plenty of grip, persistent and dense on the palate, nutty yeasty tones, a little sesame, currant leaves and a hint of soy sauce, persistent, hints of ethereal, blackberry nuances in the background, hints of coriander, light minerality, again also scallops, smoky nuances, deep and complex, very good, firm, juicy, mineral and finely spicy finish with a hint of coriander.
