Cool, quite firm, a hint of vegetal and also still yeasty aroma with yellow fruity, but also a little black berry aromas as well as a hint of beeswax and parsley. Clear, finely juicy, polished fruit, herbal and delicately floral aromas, a little nutty and hints of wax, very fine acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, blackberry hints in the background, smoky traces, very good finish with mineral tones and grip.

Best to drink: Mitte 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
