Firm, polished, a touch herbaceous, delicately juniper, tobacco and hints of smoky scent of red and black berries with cherry notes, a little mushroom, cabbage and some bacon. Clear, polished, ripe, juicy, rather red fruit, nutty wood spice, a little smoke and mushrooms, persistent on the palate, fine tannin, some bite, hints of roasting, salt in the background, very slightly chocolaty, very good, a hint ethereal finish.
