Clear, polished and fine pome fruit nose with bergamot, light nutty hints and a hint of mushrooms. Ripe, somewhat melting, fine light fruit, delicate yeasty, nutty and floral tones, a hint of red berries, polished, very fine acidity, persistent on the palate, very slightly smoky tones, tart minerality, a hint of pepper, hints of grip, some depth, a hint of honey in the background, very good, cool, fine-juicy and again delicately melting finish.
