Clear, calm yellow-fruity scent with dried-vegetable, a little yeasty and quite distinct mineral notes. Relatively tightly knit, tart fruit, somewhat nutty and yellow-spicy, dried-vegetable to herbal aromas, noticeable grip of ripe tannin, good substance and persistence, lots of mineral spice, very good finish with grip
