Very firm, deep nose, still rather closed, intense mineral notes, still slightly yeasty, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, floral traces. Juicy, cool, brilliantly pure fruit on the palate, extremely elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide some grip, vegetal, herbaceous and delicate floral aromas, comcentrated, but also very elegant, excellent depth and persistence, polished style, yeasty traces in the background, prominent mineral notes, very delicate hint of melon, very high-quality olive oil, peppery traces, complex, some bite on a very good, long, tart, juicy, fresh finish.
