2017 Dorsheim Goldloch Riesling VDP.Sekt Brut Nature, Nahe, Germany

Firm and deep, complex, distinctly yeasty, also nutty aroma with noble citrus and stone fruit notes, brioche, fine herbal aromas, and floral nuances. Bone-dry, yet juicy, very firm fruit, nutty, herbal-plant-like, and again distinctly yeasty aromas, present acidity and a lot of grip, sustainably on the palate, salty-chalky minerality, good depth, a lot of tension, and complex, fine spice, still young, cool floral traces, very good, firm, bitter-juicy finish with a lot of bite and grip. Great.
