Firm nose, light nutty and yeasty notes, dried vegetal notes and a hint of tobacco, tart, ripe yellow fruit, intense tart earthy and mineral notes. Concentrated, dry, very juicy fruit on the palate, dried vegetal notes and some tobacco, still slightly yeasty, lively acidity, still has a touch of carbon dioxide, fairly massive mineral foundation, nevertheless remains elegant and light in style, persistent, complex, has some depth, firm bite and grip, elegant spicy mineral, yeasty and elegant vegetal notes on a very good juicy finish.
