2015 Pinot Blanc trocken Reserve, Nahe, Germany

Rather closed nose, elegant herbaceous notes, citrus, integrated, mature stone and pomaceous fruit, some nut butter. Firm, fairly polished and quite juicy fruit on the palate, lightly toasted cashew nuts, sea salt and some black pepper, delicate herbaceous traces, dark, tart mineral notes in the background, fairly prominent, elegant acidity, polished and persistent, good finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
