Firm, yeasty nose, still undeveloped, prominent vegetal notes, fairly restrained yellow fruit, some dried herbs, prominent tart earthy and mineral notes. Clear, dry, restrained, ripe, gripping fruit on the palate, elegant vegetal aromas, lively acidity, still has a touch of carbon dioxide, yeasty notes, more fairly intense earthy and stony mineral notes, firm and persistent, still largely undeveloped, firm bite and grip, very good tart finish with tremendous bite.
